Deposit

 

A deposit of $75.00 USD (55 EURO) is required to reserve your space in any of the classes. This is not an extra charge; this fee will be deducted from the total cost of the tuition of the class for which you enroll.

 

 

 

Registration Process

 

Once the Plateros Spanish School has received your reservation, including deposit or payment in full, it will be processed. We will send you the information necessary in regards to your home stay, airport transportation, schedule, and other important information.

 

We will send a confirmation that we have received your payment, confirming your information that was stated in the registration form.

 

Full payment is due two weeks before you begin class.

 

If you choose to extend your stay, payment is due on the Thursday before the next week begins.

 

Payment can be made in cash (dollars, Euros, or pesos), by bank transfer or credit card by PayPal.

 

If you choose to pay with PayPal, let us know and we will send you a request form by email.

 

 

*Please note that a $55 bank transfer fee or a 3.5% credit card charge applies. No charges with PayPal.


 

 

Cancellations

 

The $75.00 USD (55 EURO) deposit will not be returned for cancellations.

 

Once the chosen program has begun, the students will not receive any type of refund (except in exceptional circumstances) but may be applied to future study.

 

If course is cancelled more than 4 weeks before arrival, no cancellation fee is charged but the deposit will not be returned. If course is cancelled 3-4  weeks before arrival, a 50% of all applicable charges are charged. If course is cancelled less than 3 weeks before arrival, no reimbursement is possible.
