Airport pick-up and drop-off
If you choose, arrangments can be made for a certified driver to safely bring you to your final destination here in Guanajuato. The same arrangments can be made when you are ready to return home.
If you have requested the transfer service from Guanajuato International Airport to your accommodation, look for a person with a sign with your name when exiting the terminal. Wait 15 minutes after expected time of arrival in case you do not find the person who will pick you up. Then call emergency number.

Activities, entertainment, and more!
Every week, Guanajuato Spanish School offers Latin dance classes, conversation workshops, movies shown in Spanish, Wireless Internet, and many additional fun activities, that are included in the price of tuition. In addition, a welcome party will be held every week to welcome new students and to give them the opportunity to know their professors and the city in general. Guanajuato Spanish School also organizes cooking classes, night activities, arts and crafts, and will inform the students of any activities occurring in the city (festivals, art shows, tours, etc.). Some activities are organized on behalf of a travel agency through the school. If that is the case, the school will inform the participants of any necessary information.
Educational Material
Your studying materials are provided by the school and are included in the cost of the tuition but you should pay for the text book and activity book. It is recommended that the student bring the appropriate dictionary with them. If it is necessary to use any additional learning material, the school will provide you with these things. Depending on your determined level, you will be issued an workbook which is yours to keep. The book even includes space to take notes each day. If any available books or dictionaries are available in the office, the students are welcome to use them.
Holidays
Classes are cancelled on the follow official Mexican holidays. No refunds are issued for these dates but the classes will be made-up.

Additional Guests
If necessary, family members and friends that are not studying at the school, but would like to stay in the same location as the student, are welcome, however, the same price that the student is paying is the same price that their guest will pay to stay with them.
Changes
You are able to change of your date of arrival at anytime, without an extra charge. Simply advise the school of any changes.

Money
You will need to exchange your money into Mexican Pesos. This can be done in most banks and also in the airports. It is strongly advised to do this as early as possible. The reason for this is that the banks close during certain days and times, and you may need money right away.
Internet (WIFI Classrooms and internet Available)
If you should need Internet access outside of school hours, there are countless internet cafes that provide their services for an incredibly cheap fee.
